Alltech visit

Last Monday, we enjoyed a great visit to the Alltech Distillery in Dublin recently as part of the industrial visits element of the curriculum – the students are now busy writing up their reports !.

I have been around a few times – lovely place with a great story. I also enjoyed meeting up with a former colleague of mine Dr Gearoid Cahill, who is Head Distiller there.
