* This is a general food compliance refresher for all Bar Staff who work directly in the food area of the bar (eg. Carvery, Kitchen) who need to be very familiar with Hygiene,Food Safety, Allergens and HACCP.
* Consists of 2 Lessons and 1 on-line test.
* Takes Approx 2 learning hours to complete.
* Cost €20.

Target Candidates

This is a general food compliance refresher for all Bar Staff who work directly in the food area of the bar (eg. Carvery, Kitchen) who need to be very familiar with Hygiene,Food Safety, Allergens and HACCP. It should be carried out annually or when there is a major change in operations.

Training Programme Duration

The programme consists of 2 on-line lessons which take approx. 1 -2 standard learning hours to review and learn.

Assessment and Certification

Assessment is by 1 short on-line knowledge test and the pass mark is 80%. Candidates have up to 10 attempts to get the required mark. On successful completion candidates will be issued with a cert of completion.
